Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of humanitarian culture of the person. The author considers the main approaches to the determining the essence of the humanitarian culture of the person, compares it with the concept of culture. The main conclusion is that the humanitarian culture of the person is the value basis of the entire culture. From this standpoint, the author analyses the structure of the humanitarian culture, the problems of the human existence. The author believes that the main goal of education is the formation of humanitarian culture of the person.
