Abstract
In the article there is demonstrated the variety of the existing systems for the training quality assessment. Expediency of methodological approaches to the design and development of modern evaluation systems is substantiated. The concepts of evaluation, pedagogical paradigm of the evaluation system, quality control monitoring are formulated; targets, objects, and tools of the evaluation system are characterized as well.
