Abstract
The problem of socialization of personality and interrelation, interaction and interference between the human being and society is one of the key questions for social philosophy. The problems of socialization of the neglected children in the structure of the society are conditioned by the rise of the number of social problems connected with the behavior of this group. Fragmentation of socialization complicates the formation of the skills for effective functioning in the society.
The author's definition of non-socialization of neglected children is given in the article. The peculiarities of non-socialization of the neglected children and the objective and subjective factors influencing non-socialization of the neglected children are distinguished.
