Abstract
The article introduces an interpretation of the pedagogical support as an expedient activity of the subjects of educational process of the distant higher professional education, whose goal is to solve the problem of the specialists' competitive ability. There is given a description of the general conditions which foster the competence development of the higher education students. The article examines the experience of work of the Modern Humanitarian Academy of Kazakhstan from the point of view of implementation of pedagogical support, directed to the development of competitiveness of young specialists in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
