Abstract
The reflective-humanistic approach in vocational training is considered in the article. The author shows that the reflective approach in vocational training promotes humanization in education. The content of the reflection concept in psychology is analyzed in detail, the types of reflection are identified, experimental research of the reflection of intellectual type is described, the directions and the ways of forming the reflection of intellectual type in vocational training are formulated in the paper.
