Abstract
The interactive competence is of great importance nowadays in professional cooperation. The article addresses the peculiarities and basic forms in the understanding of interactive competence as an integral part of professional culture of the modern specialist. The author presents some research results on the interactive competence formation of the students of technical majors as well as the possibility of its formation in the educational process.
