Abstract
The goal of the article is to show the role of additional education in the sphere of entrepreneurship in the development of the graduates' labor potential in the conditions of regional structural transformation of economy.
The main components of the labor potential of the future specialists are analyzed on the basis of sociological research. As a result, we can indentify some contradictory tendencies. The majority of the graduates are socially active; they have the structure of motivations suitable to the market economy. In this connection, these graduates are the strongest regional business resource.
The necessity of additional education in the sphere of entrepreneurship is proved in the article; the socially significant purposes and tasks, as well as the organizational demands to creation and functioning of such structures, are determined.
