The paper considers the reform of the system of higher education which is aimed to organization of multi-level education and informatization of the educational process.
In the opinion of the authors, there are several problems to solve in connection with the total transition of the system of higher education to the multi-level educational system: finding a real way to minimize the gap between pedagogical technologies, fundamental science and education process; mastering of modern informational technologies which can provide an easy access to the necessary information.
