Abstract
The article considers the synergetic foundations of continuity of the secondary and higher vocational education under the conditions of modernization of the Russian education. The system of vocational education in view is self-developing in regards to all its constituents, which results in synergy of its development. A self-development impulse is carried by all the subjects of the educational system which are guided by the social conditions of the society development as a whole.
