Abstract
In the paper the author suggested an approach to the construction of the methodology of studying and managing of the informational processes in the educational systems based on a social-philosophical analysis of the problems of education informatization. It is shown that the informatization in the field of education essentially differs by its subjective character from the informatization of the society; the informatization of education most directly affects the sphere of values; and this results in the necessity to delineate the borders of informatization of education and work out appropriate measures reflecting qualitative transitions in the dynamics of this phenomenon of social reality.
