Abstract
Modern information technologies and resources of telecommunications form the basis of realization of the educational programs on a new level.
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the educational environment of the innovational institution of higher education. There are considered the following components of the educational environment: information-technological, intellectual and material ones. The authors present the experience of creating the educational environment of the institution of higher education using, to the full, the distant educational technologies.
