Abstract
In the article, there is considered one of the aspects of the modern philosophy of management the human factor which is becoming the foundation of high results for any company. To create wide competition possibilities, one needs a balanced system of the effectiveness indicators; whereas personnel's training and development turns out to be the leading criterion, because it is exactly the factor providing realization of the goals concerning financial activity, relations with clients, and optimization of the internal business processes.
