Abstract
Evaluation of the photosynthetic ability and life condition of Sorbus sibirica Hedl. growing at crossroads with heavy traffic is presented. Results of the investigation showed that the photosynthetic activity of sorbus decreases in the local pollution points, and therefore its life condition worsens.
