Abstract
The respiratory enzyme (NAD and NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases and malic enzymes, NAD-MDG, NADP-glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, pyruvate kinase anf PEP-carboxylase) were studied in extracts of cell cultures (mitochondria, nuclei) and in cytoplasmic fraction of pea leaves.
