It is hard to imagine a modern economic turn without a securities market. Great number of subjects in economic turn put their incomes into the securities, thus participating in the acquiring and emission.
This article is devoted to the mechanism of the restoration of rights under the lost securities, and problems which are often dealt with by the persons of interest.
The goal of this article is to offer a simplified method of solving the problems, maximizing the individualization of each security, and abridgment the terms of such legal procedure.
