The ethnic self-consciousness of the Khakass people: mythology and shamanism in formation of the modern national ideology.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of formation and transformation of the national ideology of the Khakass people in the post-Soviet period. The author carries out an analysis of the programmed documents of the Congress of the Khakass people and of the national press materials. Emphasizing orientation of the modern practices of the national revival of Khakassia on the traditionalism and archaism, the author examines the strategies of constructing of the national idea.
