Abstract
The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of participation of the Russian Federation, the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal formations in civil legal relations. The author provides a detailed analysis of domestic legislation on delimitation of public ownership, proposes the ways to solve many problems resulting from participation of the Russian Federation, the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal formations in civil legal relations.
