Abstract
In the condition of globalization different countries should develop their own models of modernization and the corresponding systems of higher education, because the imitation of foreign models is unproductive and risky. The institute of higher education may again have a chance to become a highly important institution of the society if it updates the goals and objectives of its activities, technology, and organizational formats.
